Dr. Elizabeth Morgan is a licensed psychologist in the state of PA. She earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, after which Dr. Morgan completed her APA-accredited internship at Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. in Columbus, OH. While completing her predoctoral internship, Dr. Morgan conducted diagnostic evaluations and individual psychotherapy with individuals across the lifespan in a community mental health setting. Dr. Morgan attained her hours for licensure in PA working as a postdoctoral resident at Pediatric Care Specialists in Johnstown, PA. As a postdoctoral resident, Dr. Morgan conducted developmental, psychoeducational, and psychological assessments as well as provided individual and group outpatient therapy while under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Dr. Morgan’s education, training, and experience is generalist in nature. With a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families, many of Dr. Morgan’s experiences include working in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings with this population. Dr. Morgan’s therapeutic style is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based to foster healing and growth. She takes a transtheoretical approach to treatment to best meet her client’s needs. Specifically, Dr. Morgan incorporates elements of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, interpersonal, and psychodynamic interventions into treatment. Dr. Morgan views assessment as an integral part of the treatment process and incorporates it into her practice.
