Amanda received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Marywood University in 2015 and her bachelor’s in psychology at King’s College in 2012. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with nine years of experience treating both mental health and people afflicted by substance use disorders.
Amanda has experience in treating clients who struggle with PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and overall stress management. She has worked in detox, inpatient, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facilities and believes there is more than one way to achieve recovery. She primarily works from a cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral background to help clients achieve their goals.
