Gina is a Nationally Certified Counselor and is currently working on obtaining her LPC. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Counseling & Human Services and Psychology from The University of Scranton and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School.
Gina has over ten years of experience as an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), helping thousands of families with their journey into parenthood by assisting with the physical and emotional challenges of giving birth, caring for a newborn, and becoming a family.
Gina uses an integrative and eclectic approach, implementing humor and merging several evidence-based counseling theories and techniques to tailor treatment around each individual’s unique needs and goals. She believes in creating a nonjudgmental and nurturing environment that fosters therapist and client collaboration, empathy, empowerment, and individual growth, while encouraging self-acceptance and self-actualization.
