Laura is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who received her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Marywood University. She attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Laura has provided counseling for children and their families in community, family, and school-based settings as well as adults in a college counseling center. She has experience counseling school behavioral issues, relational issues, body image and self-esteem, assertiveness, career development, anxiety, and trauma. Her eclectic approach encompasses a humanistic, grounded method which recognizes the uniqueness of every individual. Laura is committed to listening closely and working creatively with you along your journey to gain insight, enhance personal strengths, and resolve conflicts.
