Lisa believes that each of us has our own unique perspective on life and the challenges we face, and therapy is not one size that fits all. She creates a warm and open environment, where she takes part in active listening to explore and develop realistic accommodations throughout each aspect of life. All facets of life and current circumstances are explored. She brings experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. She has extensive knowledge of multiple approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths Based Perspectives.
