Nina is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) working towards obtaining her professional licensure (LPC). She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Scranton in 2023. Nina has experience working with the college population along with working with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting.
Nina utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with incorporating a strengths-based approach and mindfulness techniques. She also believes in taking a holistic approach by taking a deeper look at mental, physical, and spiritual aspects that influence an individual’s overall well-being. Nina’s goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship while fostering a safe environment to encourage client self-awareness and growth. Through a collaborative effort, the hope is to create attainable changes and focus on progress rather than perfection.
